Lauren Dolan appointed new President of WICT UK

WICT UK is delighted to welcome Lauren Dolan, current VP of Talent and Organisation at Liberty Global, to the role of Chapter President for 2021.

Lauren has been an ambassador and speaker for WICT since joining the industry in 2014 and served on the Global Board of Directors for WICT from 2018-2020. She is passionate about talent development and gender diversity in the workplace.

 She also serves as an executive member of the newly formed Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council at Liberty Global, where she is accountable for targets and initiatives to increase diverse representation across the employee base and to ensure inclusion is a core part of the culture.

 Lauren said: “Now more than ever it is important to be a part of a supportive network that encourages personal growth and development, and helps women achieve their goals and ambitions. I’m excited to join the Board at WICT UK, working with an incredible team of people who volunteer their time and expertise to help create more women leaders to transform our industry.”

Also new to the board for 2021 is Jagdip Panesar, also of Liberty Global, who joins as Vice-President.

Jagdip is passionate about working with individuals, teams and organizations to be their best, including driving diverse and inclusive representations of people, ideas, and solutions to drive growth.
