Speaking with gravitas: Core tools to help you find congruence, confidence and grounded presence so you can trust yourself when you speak, no matter how high the stakes or how challenging the stakeholders
Flexing your leadership style: Different audiences require different approaches. Understand how you can flex your style and engage others while staying true to who you are
Teaching others how to treat you: Learn strategies for being intentional, assertive, and empathetic so you can speak up, ask for what you need and protect your boundaries in challenging moments
Questions and action planning: We’ll round out the session with a Q&A and develop personal action plans for attendees to take back to work

The WICT book club is an online reading group for our members. It’s not super high brow. It’s a connected group of professional women reading a business and leadership book and discussing our thoughts.
We will confirm the book two months in advance of the scheduled book club, and we will aim for it to also be available as an audiobook. This time we are reading “She Thinks Like A Boss - Leadership” by Jemma Roedel.
