We’re inviting WICT UK & Ireland members to apply to win a spot at the 2024 WICT Rising Leaders Programme International.

In September 2024, WICT’s Rising Leaders Programme will be returning to London for the second time and WICT UK & Ireland is funding one lucky winner’s attendance.

We’ll cover the cost of this training, valued at £5,250.

Rising Leaders Programme: Training Details

The Rising Leaders Programme International is designed for emerging leaders at the manager and director level, as well as specialists with management responsibilities, who are ready to challenge their own skills and make the transition from high-performing managers to effective leaders. The 2024 Rising Leaders Programme International will explore:

·       Social Styles

·       The Six Elements of Leadership Model

·       High-Performance Teams

·       Executive Presence

·       Politics, Power and Influence

The curriculum will address the latest industry trends and challenges, providing a tailored experience for Rising Leaders across the industry.

Following the training, the attendee will write a blog post on their experience to be shared on WICT UK & Ireland social channels.
