One of the benefits in being in this group is meeting people from all walks of life and sharing your career stories and difficult situations. The group is very diverse and all the sessions provoke discussion and a sense of belonging.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM WICT?

The forum consists of a fantastic group of Women who genuinely want to support each other, I can’t put into words how incredibly powerful it is when a group of women come together, collaborate and share experiences, and working in the cable environment can be lonely but I have learned how to build a network of great people and love that I can now help other women in telecoms.

I have faced some challenges in my career but being part of this group has enabled me to develop key skills & strategies to handle these situations more effectively.
