In this report, Accenture examines the role of company culture and its impact on younger workers. In particular, the previously held belief that 1 in 4 of us will face a mental health challenge is looked at more closely. Accenture reveals that 93 percent of workers in the UK will have been touched by mental health challenges by the age of 30, and that these younger employees are more reluctant to tell their employers about what is going on than their older peers.
