To mark our expansion into Ireland we are hosting a launch event with a packed agenda! We are very excited to be able to offer the fabulous events, mentoring and networking opportunities to women in technology in Ireland. We have some brilliant speakers, great topics and networking drinks planned.

Madalina Suceveanu joined Liberty Global in April 2022, as Managing Director- Mobile and Cloud.

She is also a Director on Telenet’s Board of Directors. 

Prior to this she has held several senior leadership positions at Vodafone Group PLC, including CTO of the European Cluster, Turkey and Egypt and CTO of Vodafone Ireland. She was responsible for supervising the implementation of technology strategies and investments, facilitating innovation and talent management in seven Vodafone markets in Europe, as well as Egypt and Turkey.. She has also served as Chief Networks Officer at Vodafone in Germany since October 2021.

Prior to her career at Vodafone, Ms. Suceveanu took on various responsibilities at Orange Romania S.A. between 1997 and 2013, with her most recent position being Chief Technology Officer, which she held for three years.

Ms. Suceveanu was also a member of the board of directors of the Vodafone Ireland Foundation, Orange Foundation, Netshare Ireland and SIRO, a joint venture between Vodafone Ireland and the nation's state-owned electrical utility, ESB.

In 2017 Ms. Suceveanu was recognized by Silicon Republic 2017 as one of the top 25 female leaders in technology in the world.

Áine Ní Chaoindealbháin is Deputy Managing Director of Virgin Media Television, Ireland’s number one commercial broadcaster offering four free-to-air channels: Virgin Media One, Virgin Media Two, and Virgin Media Three, Virgin Media Four and the Virgin Media Player.  Áine previously held the role of Director of Operations for four years and was responsible for Virgin Media Television’s technical and operational activities. During her twenty-five-year career she has held senior roles across a range of broadcasters. Prior to joining Virgin Media in 2017 she has held senior roles in UTV Ireland, Setanta Sports and Sky Ireland, with previous experience in the independent sector and RTÉ. Áine is passionate about content creation and innovation in the broadcasting sector.

Maria Guinane is Senior Director of Renewal Sales at ServiceNow. She started her career in sales in Ireland then moved to Australia and broadened her skills set to also include HR, Talent Acquisition and Diversity and Inclusion. She missed the sunshine too much so moved back to Ireland with her Canadian Husband and two Aussie kids to join LinkedIn, where she led senior roles including leading Customer Success for EMEA and LATAM. Maria is passionate about Leadership Development, Customer Value and keeping her kids off devices!!.

Natasha Haveron is Senior Director of Systems Engineering Management, Service Now

Natasha is an experienced Senior Information Technology Executive with a demonstrated history of working across a wide range of industries. As well as being an expert in IT Infrastructure and IT Service Management areas, Natasha is a strong strategic thinker with solid experience of planning, directing, and managing global teams, including Architecture, Infrastructure, Software Development, IT Support and Service Delivery teams..

Suzanne Tracy is CTO, Siro

Suzanne established and led the Technology function in SIRO, a joint venture between Vodafone Ireland and ESB (the Irish state-owned electrical utility) which is delivering FTTH to Irish homes and businesses over the electrical network. Suzanne is responsible for the selection, design, and delivery of the SIRO infrastructure rollout across network & IT including the in-home installation for end-users. Having started her career as a process engineer in pharmaceuticals Suzanne has 20 years’ experience in Technology & Engineering mainly with Vodafone Group Technology across several markets in Europe. Suzanne is a board member of Vodafone Group Services Ireland Limited and an elected board member of FTTH Council, Europe.

Ger Treacy, Sport Presenter and Reporter, Virgin Media TV

Ger has been a sports presenter with Virgin Media Sport for seven years, presenting the sports news on Ireland AM each morning. She has interviewed some of the leading female sports stars including Katie Taylor, Nina Carberry and Katie McCabe. On top of her role as a sports presenter, Ger has reported on some of the major sports events on Virgin Media Sport, including the recent Royal Ascot horseracing festival. 

Monika Nowak-Toporowicz
Chief Technology Information Officer, Virgin Media

Monika is the Virgin Media Ireland Chief Technology and Information Officer since Nov 2021.  Monika has 27+ years of track record in Technology Innovation, Network, Infrastructure and Technical services. Previously working as VP and CTIO for UPC Poland and Slovakia, VP handling Access Network programs in UPC, CTO for UPC. She is a long-time employee in LG, and a transformation leader and speaker on technology transformation and innovation at industry forums. Monika holds master’s degree from technical university of Wroclaw along with various executive leadership programs from different reputed institutions like INSEAD, Tuck school, IMD Business school etc.
